Can you believe how many dolphins are dying each year!? If you don't know here is the number 23,000 dolphins are being slaughtered for their meat and its sold in Japan but not labeled dolphin meat its labeled whale meat. Not only is this an outrageous number and soon this species will be endangered but dolphin meat contains over 2000 ppm of mercury. The meat is being fed to the education system of Taigi, the small town on the coast of Japan that produces the dolphin meat. With this meat and the amount of mercury in it the children receiving this will indeed get mercury poising with time. I just wanted to let you know that people need to start looking at how much the dolphins need activists. Hope I inspired you!
